To ensure your digital workspace is protected, the device must include a complete cybersecurity solution:

• Antimalware & Antispyware: Protection against threats on the device and connected drives.

• Secure Email (Antispam + Antiphishing): Filters junk and malicious emails.

• Safe Browsing: Blocks harmful ads and websites.

• Threat & Network Monitoring: Detects abnormal behavior and network threats.

• Setup & Regular Updates: Proper initial configuration and ongoing security patches.

• Cybersecurity Training: Guided configuration and awareness training for users.

🖥️ Minimum Hardware Requirements

The laptop or desktop must also meet strict technical criteria:

• Processor: At least 4 physical cores with turbo speed of 2.9 GHz or higher, released after Q3 2023, with PassMark score ≥ 17,000 (as of April 22, 2025).

• RAM: Minimum 16GB DDR4 or equivalent.

• Storage: At least 512GB NVMe SSD, with data encryption at rest. Passwords must be provided at delivery.

• OS: A preinstalled professional operating system, fully licensed.

• Graphics: Dedicated or integrated GPU with Full HD resolution; laptops must support dual monitors.
