How to Authorize Our Representation on the Spanish Social Security Portal (Step-by-Step Guide)

When handling your employment, freelance (autĂłnomo), or corporate administrative affairs, we need your explicit authorization to act on your behalf before the Spanish Social Security Office (Seguridad Social) using the RED System.

This system allows us to securely process your registrations, cancellations, contributions, and keep you compliant. For your data protection, the Social Security office requires you to log into their portal and personally validate our assignment request.

  • Your Digital Identification: A valid Digital Certificate (Certificado digital), Cl@ve Permanente, or mobile phone access via SMS (only applicable to individuals whose current mobile number is registered with Social Security). Note: Corporate clients (personas jurĂ­dicas) must log in using their official company representative certificate.

Step-by-Step Assignment Confirmation

1.Access the Official Service Portal:Step 1.

2.Authenticate Your Identity:Step 2.

Click on the button labeled “Obtener Acceso” (Get Access). Select your preferred identification method (Digital Certificate, Cl@ve, or SMS) to securely log into the platform.

3.Locate Our Pending Request:Step 3.

Once logged in, the system displays your pending assignment requests. Look for the request linked to our NIF: 35594222C. You can authorize your Contribution Account Codes (CCC) if you employ staff, or your personal Affiliation Number (NAF) if you operate as a freelancer.

4.Confirm and Save Receipt:Step 4.

Verify that the listed details correspond to your entity, select our pending request, and click “Confirmar” (Confirm). Once confirmed, make sure to download the generated PDF receipt for your own records.

 

What happens next? The platform instantly notifies us as soon as you click confirm. We will automatically be linked as one of your authorized RED operators, allowing us to manage your file immediately without any extra action from your end.
