As of now, to register for German VAT, Spanish SLs and autónomos must provide an official certificate from Amazon containing:
✅ Company Name
✅ Tax Number (NIF)
✅ Merchant Token
✅ Confirmation of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement (FBA) signed by Amazon authorities.
👉 How to Request:
- Open a case with Amazon Seller Support.
- Specify clearly:
- Purpose: VAT Registration in Germany.
- Selling via amazon.de (Germany).
